Terms and conditions
Car rental terms Please read carefully the rental terms from Premium
Autos
Driver's Age
Driver should be of minimum age of 21 years old for A – C categories
and 23 years old for the rest categories.
Driving license
Drivers must have a valid license held for at least one year. An
International Driving License is required by Greek Law for all renters
that are not citizens of the European Community or who do not have a
European Drivers permission. Driving License in characters not readable
in English or Greek must be accompanied by an International Driving
License.
Methods of Payment
All rentals can be paid with cash or credit or debit cards upon
arrival.
Deposit ,will be deducted from the total amount .Credit / debit cards
accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Electron Visa, Maestro.
Minimum Rental Period
Insurance
Prices include the below mentioned coverage:
1. In Case of Death or injury of thirds or vehicle passengers except
the driver, up to 1.000.000€ per person.
2. In Case of third persons' property damages (except Premium-Autos
vehicle) up to 1.000.000€
3. In Case of Convertible cars, there is no coverage for Car roofs.
When collecting the vehicle all renters need to have:
A valid driving license.
A personal credit or debit card. Third-party credit cards are not
accepted unless there is a written validated authorization.
When collecting the vehicle, the renter will be given a Rental
Agreement in which he is obligated to read and sign. The Rental
Agreement will show all services and insurances provided as well as any
extra services / insurances that the renter might request with their
relevant charges.
It is very important that the renter checks and reports any existing
damage on the vehicle in order to avoid any charges regarding damages
caused by a previous renter. The renter has to sign at collection /
delivery a condition form for any damages to the vehicle.
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.)
A personal credit or debit card.
The renters liability for damage to the rented vehicle, can be reduced,
under the condition that the Greek Traffic Law
is not violated, to a minimum charge of €1.100 for groups A, B, C,C1,V
€1.400 for groups D, D1, R, T, F, F1
Often referred to as CDW, this partially covers damages incurred to
your vehicle.
Please Note: that you will be liable for insurance excess CDW does not
cover damage or loss of keys, tires, glass or undercarriage.
Full Damage Waiver (F.D.W.)
The renter may waive the above deductible amount reliability.
With the extra cost 15.00€ for car groups A, B, C,C1,V 17.00€ for car
groups D, D1, R, T, F, F1.
The renter is fully relieved from the responsibility for any damage.
The vehicles are subject to liability and fully comprehensive
automobile and property damage insurance.
Theft Protection (TP) -Theft Protection (TP) - Included
In case the car or parts of the car are stolen, the customer is
relieved from the responsibility.
Fuel Policy
Collect your car with a full tank and return it full, or collect the
car with Full. Flex Fuel Policy: Collect your car with full tank,
prepay for the fuel and use as much fuel as you like .Refund will be
given for any unused fuel, minus an operational cost of 10€
Important Note:
Driving drunk, driving under influence of drugs or on unauthorized
roads, non-asphalt roads, driving to prohibited areas/countries,
obvious acts of disregards to the vehicle, the renter will be
responsible for the full amount of charges.
